Parking and travelling
Gatwick International Airport is well connected to London by a range of transport options operating around the clock. Rail and bus services also connect to destinations in Sussex and all the way to Bedfordshire, north of London.
Rail : the most convenient way of getting to London is via the Gatwick Express, with trains departing every 15 minutes to and from London Victoria Station. Thameslink provides alternative services, which are marginally cheaper and take slightly longer, but go as far south as Brighton and as far north to Bedford.
Bus : Speedlink offers coaches to London Heathrow International Airport, Flightline connects to London Victoria Station and National Express connects with cities across the UK, with services departing from the ground floor of the South Terminal.
Car : Gatwick is located 45kms south of London and directly connected to the M23 motorway via Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The nearby M25 ring road provides further connections with the UK’s extensive road and motorway network.
Parking : both terminals have a short-term car park with direct access to the terminal, while long-term car parks are also offered in facilities situated farther from the terminals.
