Restaurants
There is a good verity of places to put your feet up rest and re charge those aching limbs, as you can expect every one charges airport prices, so have your wallet ready. I must say I was pleasantly surprised to find out there is a Gregg’s bakery at the airport, one of the best places to pick up a hot freshly baked steak bake
Star bucks
I do not think Starbucks needs more of an introduction, serving coffee and light snacks, you will feel at home in every one.
Costa
Again, no introduction needed, personally my favorite, the only thing that they could change is the temperature of the coffee, always too hot, although I am sure most of us prefer a really hot coffee.
Echo Bar
We will have a few pictures soon, one of the best feature of this bar with the exception of the service, is being able to enjoy and adult beverage looking on the runway watching the planes take off and land.
Greggs
Finally at last a great place to pick up a “Steak Bake”, Greggs offers a wide verity of proper food, mainly pies served hot, fresh out of the oven, much better for a hungry traveler than a sandwich and packet of crisps. Greggs is also reasonably priced, hot and very tasty, forget a bar of chocolate and packet of crisps, for the same money you can enjoy a tasty “Steak bake”
Airside (After check in)
The Real food company
Offering something for all passengers, from the airport’s regular business travelers to parents with young children. Customers can choose from a range of food options. An on-site bakery prepares freshly made cakes and muffins, the deli counter serves fresh salads and sandwiches, freshly roasted meat is on offer at the carvery and a juice bar serving freshly squeezed orange adds a touch of theatre. A chocolate fountain for dipping fruit kebabs or croissants is a must for chocoholics.
Burger King
The same all over the world, very busy for a good reason, not the healthiest option available, but for a quick hunger fix, this is a great place.
Bar Des Voyageurs
A Jewel, this continental style café, it has been decorated with memorabilia from 30’s Paris, you can enjoy a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, snacks and non alcoholic drinks, worth a look, a really nice place to pass time.
Mihoko
Mihoko is open all day from Breakfast till late evening, you have a good selection oriental delights to choose from including Sushi, Sashimi and Stir-fries.
Northern Spirit
This much be one of the busiest bars in the airport, offering a real pub feeling you can enjoy pub grub, in a warm inviting atmosphere, not the best place for the little people (children)
Caffe Ritazza
A coffee shop with a view, sit back and enjoy a coffee and Danish watching the runway activity.
