London Stansted Airport is a world-class airport supported by many essential services including baby-changing rooms, excellent children’s recreation facilities, a lost property office and a chapel/prayer room. There are also EU-specification facilities for disabled passengers including dedicated parking spaces, induction loops for hearing assistance, specially designed toilets and reserved seating with low level flight information monitors. A child-free executive lounge is also available to the public at reasonable rates.

Business centres: there is no dedicated, purpose built business centre in the airport however passengers with business needs will find facilities in the Servisair executive lounge. Meeting rooms: London Stansted Airport has no meeting or conference rooms available and companies wishing to hold such events should consider the Hilton-London or the Radisson SAS hotels, both of which are located within the airport grounds.
VIP: the Servisair executive lounge is open to all passengers for a fee. Within the lounge are extra comforts as well as a selection of facilities aimed at business travellers. Drinks and snacks are complimentary in the lounge.
Internet: Spectrum Interactive provides internet access in various locations in the airport. Before security, a web terminal is situated at Check-in Zone A, while beyond security, terminals can be found in the following places: the main Departures Lounge, next to Prêt a Manger; at Est Est Est, near gates 1 to 19; close to WH Smith outlets at gates 20 to 39; at gates 40 to 59; at the UK Departure Lounge, near gates 84 to 88. For passengers with laptop computers, Wifi access is available throughout the terminal. Users are required to have a T-Mobile or BT Openzone account in order to log on to the network. |
